Coming up..........
May 15th - My Journey in Photography and 'using flash' [AP]
Exhibition of Images 2025
This took place in the Bircham Centre, Reepham Market Place over the weekend of 29-30th March.
The ground floor room was transformed into a very slick gallery giving members the chance to display in public their best Images.
This has been a massively successful achievement for the club with ideas, support and help coming from the whole membership with Kevin being outstanding in making the display boards.
The Exhibition even had its own Private Viewing Evening as a thank you to the members, judges, supporters as well as individuals like Polly from the Bircham Centre whose help has been invaluable.
On estimation we have seen 350 plus visitors with 112 leaving their options on their favourite images and 21 images being sold.
The image voted for most was Waxwing on Mountain Ash with the Aurora over Salle Church a close second. Brilliantly 50 of the 70 images had a gained at least 1 vote for first place!
Yes we have raised funds towards our Projector and screen but more importantly it was great to put on in Reepham and to see the positive reaction of the visitors.
