The Triptych .............
What are YOU going to enter in 2026?
Triptych Final will be held on a Thursday in June 2026
Rules for the Triptych Competition:
An entry shall consist of 3 mounted prints, or 3 images contained within 1 mounted print.
The images should all be to a theme of the author's choice, but should try to have a narrative, for example rather than 3 images of flowers, 3 images showing the growth stages of one flower.
Prints should be mounted on a 50cm by 40 cm mount. The rear of the mount should be marked in block capitals with the author's name, a title of the image and the overall title of the set of images, and in the case of 3 mounts being used left, middle and right to indicate how they should be displayed when judged. [Please note: the club is flexible and would rather members entered even if they have not been able to mount their images, we prefer people to take part]
A dpi version of an entry should be sent to Kevin by a date to be announced, and the file name should contain the mounting information as well as the entry title, in order that the judge can preview the entry.
The overall entry should have a title by which it will be known, if however you feel that it would help a judge better understand your entry, individual titles could be added to front of the prints. For example, the overall title could be "The Growth of a Flower", No 1 print could be "Spring", No 2 print could be "Summer" and No 3 could be "Autumn".
